Iam Suffering From Depression,can i find any remedy for that with in the house?!

The best thing that will work for depression is to go see a therapist. As much as it will be intimidating to see one, it will be the best option.
I personally don't like psychiatrists though, since they don't know as much about the brain as psychologists and just want you to get on meds without considering the other options.

To the first person who answered, graham crackers aren't a natural source of vitamin B, so you won't get the full effect of it. Graham crackers have such a small amount of vitamin B, so for it to actually work or do something you would have eat a hell of a lot of graham crackers for it to actually do something.

Yes, I was diagnosed as chronic depressive reacurant which lead me to running away from home and become suicidal at a very young age. 2 things saved my life. One was realizing that God is real and choosing to become a Christian. He is always with you, always there and can help you and listen to you if you just talk to Him. Second, I found a hobby that gave me joy, something I had never felt before in my life. It was dance. In addition, I force myself to watch comedy shows like I Love Lucy or Jay Leno every so often as my laughter medicine to keep me light-hearted. It works, and has helped my past health improve. Banda,I am wondering why you ask if you can find something in the house.Is it because you are afraid to go outdoors?I was agoraphobic for 3yrs. and let me tell you the only way to treat any type of clinical depression is to find a great therapist and let him or her find out if you are clinicaly depressed or if you need proffessional help.People are very easy to jump to conclusions and say people are crazy if they go to get help from a therapist.But let me tell you the ones that know they need help and go get it are the stronger ones.Its not a shame to get help,but to know that you need help and not get it is shame!Whatever it takes to live your life and be happy,and have a good quality of life don't let your pride or what others think keep you from getting help! If you have friends and they say oh you will get over it or it is just in your head,or even your just a weak person.Then these are the ones you need to stay away from because they are only feeding you negative thoughts.Did you know that when we think negative thoughts that our sub-concience stores that away in a file and it is used against us!!
