What would your answers be to deal with back pain?!

Question:
My back is just screaming for relief but I don't have any answers. Do you have any?
Answers:
either a firmer mattress or you need to do more housework

I would say number one get your self to a doctor to see what's REALLY hapening. There could be so many things going on that really need treatment. In the meantime, try one of those wraps that stay hot all day and wrap around the back. Great if you need to keep on the move. If you can afford to, take a little time off work and take it easy. Hope it gets better!
