You would look fine in Lavender as long as you don't do it head to toe - break up the colour with some different coloured accessories and it will look great

Yes i think so. Personally i think anyone should be able to wear any color if they choose. But my cousin has auburn her and can wear lavender. She looks good most of the time.
it would look ok but i think you would be better to stick to maybe a darker purple or a other darker colours.
