my periods is irregular?!

i just come off depo for the last 2yrs. After a month my periods came back, now I got my periods every 2nd week. Stops for a week then it comes back for another week. This has been happening for the last 2 months. Is this normal?

After going off Depo, it can take up to 18 months to resume "normal"periods again. It is even possible to miss a month here and there.

A 'normal' cycle is 28 days. There are a number of supplements that can help such as Agnus Castus, Black Cohosh and Dong Quai but the best way to sort it out is to see a nutritionist that specialises in fertility. They should be able to get it back up and running properly with diet and supplements.
well how long have you had it? Years? Months? During the first 1-2 years its going to be irregular. But you should like, call your doctor and talk to them. Every second week doesn't sound rite.
i would make an appointment to see your ob-gyn. could be several different things, but you do need to get it checked out. you should also keep track of your periods. go get this checked out - don't put it off.
Yes, this is completely normal. I was on Depo for about 4 1/2 years and had no period at all while on it. When I got off the Depo, it took about 7 months before I became regular again.

It is a side effect to the depo. It will go back to normal in a month or two. Be patient.
This is more common that you think. It happened to me after the birth of my 3rd child. Gradually the time between periods got longer. Because I could never tell when I was going to have a period I started marking a 'p' on my calender on the first day of my period. By doing this I was able to keep a exact check on the regularity of my cycle. It took a long time to become more regular but I now have a period every 24 days. If your worried you should speak to your doctor.
