What should I do with a sever ear ache?!

It's not something to fool around with, go to the doctor. You need to see if it's infected or if your eardrum is having an issue.
GO TO A DOCTOR!
Do not put olive/sweet oil in your ear it can make ear aches worse. It can also make you lose your ear drum if you have a hole in your ear drum. Pediatricians are now recommending to let the body's immune system fight off the infection. I would think the doctor would prescribe oral antibiotics or antibiotic drops for adults though.
