Not sure exactly what you mean. Did you have your tubes tied? Did you have a ruptured ectopic pregnancy in the tubes? If you have one tube, you are able to get pregnant naturally, however, the chances of pregnancy ae VERY slight if you had your tubes tied, but in either case, please contact your physician.

Yes in a very rare case the tubes will fuse back together and heal up. Take a test if it shows your pregnante talk to your gyno immediately because this often causes issues with tubal pregnancies.
Anything is possible. Go and get a pregnancy test to be on the safe side.
