Don't correct how they say something or point out what they don't know . Tell them what you like about them .
Know your strengths and weaknesses by thorough introspection. Concentrate on how to get rid of your weaknesses. Think of optimum use of your strengths. Then you would have come to know what you can do and what you can not. Be comfortable and try to get best results!
