im 5'2, 24 yrs, old mother of 2, and wanna lose 20lbs whats the fastest way to!

Eat less than before.
Get calm exercises.like walking a little faster than normal.
Think that you at last lose your weight.and.
don't worry about it you will get success.

try the South Beach Diet. Everybody at work has lost at least 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks. You have to be strict though.

drink lots of water try high protien diet watch your fat grams and carbs. stop drinking sodas if you do.eat small meals try 1200 cal aday.but like someone else said do not stop eating ,you may lose weight but you will put it back on fast and then some.try walking also i had 4 kids and had to lose 100lbs i went from a size 20 to an 8 good luck!

Mainly exercise for you because you are young and still very active, you will be able to "cardio" 20 lbs out. But if not working, then eat about 7, little healthy meals a day. And I mean 7 LITTLE meals

Go FOR A VEGETARIAN DIET

unfortunatly there is no quick way to lose weight safetly..diet pills will give you quick weight loss. but can be at the expense of heart attacks, strokes, heart palpitations, the same old eat right and exercise is your safe bet
