Diets are stupid, you go on them to lose weight, but as soon as you've lost it, you go off. then the weight comes back. Change your whole eating lifestyle, it's really easy: burn more calories in a day than you consume. That means you either eat less, exercise more, or both.

After you've started doing that, do Isometric situps. Basically, get your feet firmly planted and put your hands interlaced behind your head. SLOWLY pull yourself up with your stomach muscles, while keeping your back as straight as possible. Don't cheat yourself by bending your back.

Go until your chest reaches your knees. Now for the hard part, hold your stomach tight going back down..don't just drop, but slowly fall back to the floor. Basically, you're doing what you just did, but in reverse. Repeat until you feel a burning sensation, then do 5 more.

you can't choose where you burn fat so sit-ups and push-ups don't flatten your stomach. They actually make your stomach bigger because it builds muscle in your abs and makes them larger.
