I'm a 42/femal/mass., had total colectomy 1997., 4 colostomy opers., and now back together. small intestine connected to pouch.. but i am ill alot.. please email with anything. thanks

You are fortunate to still be around at 42. The best you can do is a good diet.
See if you can find a book called "Dick Gregory's Natural Diet for Folks Who Eat: Cookin' With Mother Nature."
He is a flaming liberal from the 1960's, he is not a dietician, but the book is probably the best thing you can read at this point.
Also see if you can find a "mom and pop" health food store and talk to them about your problem (not GNC, but a home-grown health food store that sells bulk grains, herbs, and soy milk.
My mother had ulcerative colitis and finally died in her 50s of a bleeding ulcer, 10 years after stopping going to doctors.
I had a friend in her mid 20s with Chrone's, but I haven't seen her in 4 years, since I moved.
It is trouble with your digestive system, so you should look at it from the viewpoint of healing your digestive system.
The SECRET for ulcers: Cabbage juice has healing qualities. It helps my wife's ulcers very quickly. You need a vegetable juicer and fresh cabbage. You need to juice it and drink it fresh. It heals ulcers. This is widely known and accepted now.
