I am 16, 17 this year, and im wondering if im a late bloomer, i have hair on my face and my genitals and my voice has started to break, and i am 6ft 4" with size 12 shoes but my penis is small in appearance, i want to be able to give a girl pleasure but my 5 inches penis is not only short its not very thick either, could it be im a late bloomer and going through puberty late, and will my penis still grow.?Health Question & Answer
