Question: Do I have low stamina.?
For a man, is it normal to pass out a couple minutes after squirting it.? I only have the energy to last a couple minutes :(

Actually the reason you pass out isn't really your stamina, but a hormone released during orgasm.. the point being to recuperate the body so you can go out and spread your loins more.

If you want to train your sexual stamina, try masturbating and timing yourself; say.. 5 minutes and try to last it all (and longer if you can)
Then, the next time you masturbate try for 5.5 minutes, then 6, etc etc keep trying to outlast yourself (don't feel down if it takes a while..and I mean a WHILE.. to gain only 2 extra minutes..but it will pay off)

also losing the urge is also genetics, some guys just can't last more than one round without a break. But you can train yourself to ignore the urge to sleep, either by doing something that stimulates the body.. like a cold shower, or even just moving around! With a low stamina do you mean that you ejaculate too fast.? or that you cant physically handle the efford.? In any case premature ejaculation can be treated, but you might need some medical help, depending how severe and what the causes are (psycological, physiological, disease or drug side effect, etc)

If you mean you get tired too fast, then its probably due to overweight, if you think your weight is in check, then I recommend two things: good nutrition, and excercising, doing cardio at least 20 minutes 3 times a week will help. also check your nutrition: increase your protein intake, reduce fat, avoid sugar, eat lots of fruit, specially in the nights, makes sure you eat fiber rich meals (oats), a better nutrition will increase your resistance to fatigue, and also will increase your testosterone production which is the father of all hormones for men. Be sure you get some almonds everyday, a avocado a week, 2 egg yolks a day, take a celery shake every night, drink 3 litters of water.

if this doesnt help try some supplements you can find in health shops: Tribulus terrestris (get a good brand there is a massive difference compared to cheap ones) Avena Sativa, Peruvian Maca, L-Arginine 2-5g a day, also resisntance excercises increase testosterone levels (doing weights)

If you mean you are passing out (fainting) its probably due to low blood pressure, I recomend try the excercising tips above and if after a month keeps happening go to see a doctor.
