Hii.. I m 18 yr old boy having 51 kg weight.
I have recently purchased ENDURA MASS 500 gm weighted.
its give 3480 calories xtra per day, so is it effective to gain my weight faster, Wel.. i don't go to gym, but I do push ups n dips. every day.
So i jus wanna ask u is it effective or not ..Health Question & Answer

Hi. I never have used this stuff, but since you say it gives you and extra 3,480 caloris a day then I'd say it would help you gain weight and pretty fast. 3,500 caloris = 1 pound. I am in the US so not sure about the kilo thing. But if you are wanting to build muscle...then I would suggest this, when I lifted weights and built my body back up I was eating about 5 meals a day which speeds up your metabolism and is good with pretty much whatever diet/workout plan you do. I ate about 2,000 calories/day, but I wanted to maintain my weight so since you are wanting to increase you weight I would eat more. I used Whey Protein, N20 and CO2. Which helps improve muscle, etc. The protein powder I used before and after my workouts in the form of shakes. This feeds the muscles. I wouldn't suggest you taking the endura mass without actually running and lifting weights on a regular basis because taking this product and just doing push ups and dips is not enough of a work out to actually burn the calories, instead you will just store them which would make you gain weight, but without actually doing enough physical activity, you may gain weight in ways you didn't really have in mind. *ADD* If you think you do enough physical activitiy for it, then try it for a little bit. You may not notice results right off and if you start gaining weight and it is not where you want it to be then you should try increasing your pushups. I would really suggest some type of cardio like running or jogging or brisk walking. While that may seem like something that burns weight, it helps to build muscle strength and endurance. What does the manufactuer claim on the side of the package.? Any guarantee's.? Usually they don't do what they claim they will do. Maybe a wait & see agenda might be in order to see what happens.
