Question: How long till I am not sore anymore.?
I started working out on Monday (2 days ago). Upper body MWF, Lower body TRS. Sunday off. Cardio in between.
I can barely walk around my dorm room today. When will I not be sore anymore.?
And does the soreness go away.? Like in a couple weeks, will I still be sore when I am working out.? Or does it go away over time.?Health Question & Answer

If you just started working out, the soreness is normal. It usually goes away after a few days. Drink lots of water.Health Question & Answer
You need a good healthy diet and sleep to help repair and build your muscles. The soreness will go away the next day if you stretch and rework the muscles lightly. If I were to run 5 miles today, I would be sore the next day. I would then be sore for the first 1/4 mile of my next days run. Don't over do it.
