Question: My abs and arms hurt!!!!!!! .?
If I did sit ups and push ups last night and now my body hurts, what does that mean.? Should I coninue today or not.?Health Question & Answer

no you should give it a couple of days before you exercise again this is normal ..

the best thing you can do is first move around some get youre blood circulating that will help healing ..

take hot baths use a heating pad and if you can get someone to give you a gentle massage it will help i promise .. use icy hot or a linament containing menthol it will help .

hi,well you should give it a rest and work out the next day ,you are hurting cause you are not use to doing that type of work out ,so take it easy and rest .also you need to strech it will help your body get better toned,so work out one day then rest the next keep on doing this untill you get use to it then you can work up to doing more of what you do now .Health Question & Answer

you can work some muscles daily but some you need to leave a day in between. Core muscles are denser like abs and some leg muscles and you can do them daily but arms and chest may be less dense and need rest

that means that ur body is sore because ur not use to this workout.... u can continue working out if ur not to sore but if u are take a break but remeber to do some stretches after u finish with ur sit and push ups........ for ur abs lay on the floor and try to make urself 5 inches taller and for ur arms put them over ur head and stretch etc.... hope this helpsHealth Question & Answer
