Question: Best way to 6 pack w/ sit ups.?
ok so i do sit ups every night and i can easily do 100 w/o stopping. i dont usually go higher than 120 cause i am usually in a big hurry cause my schedule is very packed. i was wondering though it doing 100-120 in a row is better than doing say 5 sets of 20 or 10 sets of 10 or watever.? ive already got 4 pack without working out at all and im working on the 6 pack so if yall could help thanks. and if possible i need to just stick to sit ups since im pretty busy so whats a good situp workout.? and should i suck my stomach further in while im odin it or just have it regular thanksHealth Question & Answer

instead of doing regualr sit ups try buying a medecine ball or heavy weight, then place it in your hands and do sit ups. it workouts your abs way more

another one is butterfly kicks,planks,and running(it will def make your abs pop when you see them

You can do as many sit ups as you want, but you're not going to get a six pack until you change your diet.
Muscles are made in the gym, but they show up from the kitchen. This applies to everything.
I guarantee if you get on a good diet, you'll drop the body fat percentage and be able to see the six pack without doing the sit ups anymore.

-- Okay with the additional information you just provided, if you're already 3 percent body fat and you don't have a six pack, it means you're not going to get one. Not everyone can have a six pack (notice that some people get 4, 6 and 8 packs). It's what's underneath prior to losing the weight, and that is just part of genetics.
For me, it looks like I have a four pack, but I really have a six pack, the two lower packs (lol) are just harder to see.
What you may want to try to do is do different kinds of crunches instead of just plain sit ups. Try doing ones that target the obliques and other lower ab muscles (or wherever you're missing the extra 2)

do like 500 sit ups to make the curve of ur 6 pacs and do like 300 push up to make ur abs harder a day
dont like do all 500 in one time do like 200 in morring 100 at noon and 200 at night

You are better off doing them in sets. Make sure you do a different variety of sit ups also. Plank exercises work well to strengthen the core. Genetics helps also. Diet is essential. Cardio if you have belly fat.Health Question & Answer
