Red irritated skin on the PENIS...help him.?!

Question: Red irritated skin on the PENIS...help him..?
My boy-friend I have been having a lot more sex than normal. It's causing his skin to be raw. He's lazy and won't go and grab some lube... so now he's paying for it. The skin is very red/red-pink. It even has little bumps on the sides. He's not circumcised so the end of it looks so bad. When he pulls the skin back it hurts him so bad... the skin has even cracked. The head of it is very red and raw looking.
I told him he needs to go to the doctor. He says he will if it's not better by the weekend. He's been putting moisturizer on it. Does anyone know anything that will help it.? It's so sad... he's in so much pain.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Yes, he needs to wash it in warm salt water. Pull back the skin and clean it well. Put some anti-biotic ointment on the under skin around the head. Keep it clean and the ointment will keep infection down. Silicone type of lube is best to use. If he will not put it on then you should lube yourself to prevent dryness.Health Question & Answer

Rest it a while - about a week or 2. No sex or masturbation.

By having sex or masturbating he is just going to exacerbate the condition. I am pretty sure if you do this, it will resolve itself.Health Question & Answer

yeah, sounds like some chafing going on for sure. also, it sounds like he's got a yeast infection going under the foreskin.

He needs to see the doctor. And lay off any sex for a few days.Health Question & Answer

Well why don't you stop having sex with him.? lol
just say no more sex untill it's healed.
