Please explain why circumcision is good or bad for man...Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Circumcision is NEVER necessary or desirable.

It is male genital mutilation, just as female circumcision is female genital mutilation. Female circumcision of minors is illegal in all civilized countries, as it should be, and in the US, also, but it's open season on male infants. This is sexist in the extreme, and unconstitutional as such.

Male genital mutilation, or MGM, which is what circumcision is, damages the penis and sexual sensitivity, and can cause many complications and adverse effects, which are in fact suppressed and never disclosed by the medical profession, so as not to discourage others from perpetrating this atrocity on themselves or their sons.

Circumcision has no health benefits. Cleaner.? Any penis is far easier to clean than a vagina, and female circumcision could be argued to also be "cleaner," but it's not perpetrated on females in civilized countries.

It doesn't prevent HIV or other diseases. HIV rates in the US, where the majority of men (about 80%) were circumcised at the height of the epidemic, and in all of the countries in Asia, Europe, South America, Scandinavia, where men are rarely circumcised, the rates were invariably much lower.

Anyone with intelligence can understand that a 100% complete, natural and normal penis with a foreskin feels and functions better than one that's been made partial, mutilated and scarred by circumcision.

Circumcision is the worst hoax ever perpetrated on the male sex.

A foreskin is not a birth defect; it is a birthright.

ERICHealth Question & Answer

A lot of men think that it is genital mutilation. There are many reasons for both.
For circumcision
-There are less chances for problems, with the foreskin removed. Uncircumcised penises can have a build up of smegma which can cause some problems and odors, but cleaning can prevent this
-Religious reasons.
-For the way it appears

Against circumcision
-Genital mutilation
-Uncircumcised men are more sensitive to sexual stimulation than circumcised men.

I guess there are a few more for both. I, personally, as a woman, prefer the look of a circumcised penis. But I guess it should be a man's decision if it bothers them that much.Health Question & Answer

It is absolutely unnecessary. It not only desensitizes your penis, giving you less sexual satisfaction, but it seriously reduces your (female) partner's pleasure, too. If you doubt, google "sex as nature intended it". I'd post links, but Y!A doesn't like them.

If you find the right site, you'll find, among other things:

Top 3 of the survey's many significant findings:

Women were almost 5 times likelier to achieve vaginal orgasm when the man had an natural penis. And they were significantly likelier to achieve multiple vaginal orgasms, as well.

Uncircumcised men usually lasted longer. Conversely, premature ejaculation was significantly more common among circumcised men. And, contrary to expectation, even if the man could prolong circumcised intercourse, women didn't like it !

> Surveyed women preferred sex with a natural penis by a margin of 9 to 1
