This condition is called Peyronie's Disease. it is an abnormal curvature of the penis caused by scar tissue in the erectile tissue. Since it does not effect your normal sexual activities, you don't need to do anything. In some cases, Peyronie's Disease corrects itself. What I am going to guess at here is that you have been circumcised too tight (like there was ever a right way to circumcise a guy) and your skin was cut unevenly, preventing your erection from fully extending. This is way more common that many guys will ever admit to.

No, there isn't really a cure, although when I was younger i felt i had the same problem. I would always push it to the non curved side in order to even it out.
