Question: Am I a late developer.?.? A 19 year old who looks like a 15 year old.?
I'm 19 and I still look like a 14 - 15 year old. My voice hasn't changed so it is still high most of the time, my height is the same (around 5'7"), I do not use deodorant because I don't smell like anything after I sweat and my armpits do not stink (emit foul odors), my facial hair grows at a very slow rate (mustache is still growing, but it is the slowest of all my facial hair so I never shave it).
also, I have a ton of pubic hair, but my penis size is almost the same as when I was 14 (~ 4.8 inches; erected). My testicles are still the same size as well. My armpit hair began to grow when I was 18 and even now I only have very little, I had a ton of acne that since december 2008, I have started to clear up. My wisdom teeth grow completely horizontal and had to be extracted. My arms look like sticks and they shake from weakness after 5 minutes of carrying my calculus book...(I know I need to workout)
In addition, my parents are short. In fact, I'm the tallest. Yet, my father looks very masculine, has a manly voice, broad shoulders and large muscular arms. Since he sleeps naked most of the time, at past midnight sometimes I need to call my mother for something and I see my father asleep completely naked and his penis is quite large (flaccid).
My brother is short and skinny, too, but his voice is very deep (deeper than my father's). Accidently, after he showers I have seen his penis and it is almost the same size as mine when flaccid. However, he is the hairest. He is the second shortest and my mother is the shortest.
I have a lot of hair from my waist down, but my upper body is so smooth and I have almost no chest hair. When people talk to me on the phone, they think I'm a girl because of my voice.

I didn't start puberty until I was almost 16, and I looked young even when I was in my 20's. Very little pubic hair, no leg hair, couple of strands of armpit hair and a high voice. I was about 25 when I started facial hair. My penis was small (4 inches) until I was about 21. It's now about 7 inches. (I masturbated a lot). It's not too late. Relax. You're going to be fine. I didnt grow a lot during my teen years, i stayed around the same height, 5"8 and around the same weight, slim/toned. But around 20 i started to grow a bit again and am around 5"10 now and still around the same weight but im happy with it!Health Question & Answer
