i had an incident earlier and i was just wondering, does the penis ALWAYS have sperm on it. i mean i know sperm is always IN the penis but like if you were to just touch the tip of a penis without it ejaculating or pre-ejaculating on you, would you have some sperm on your hands.?Health Question & Answer
