Sometimes we have to stop and start several times so he doesn't come right away during sex. I try not to get frustrated, but sure, sometimes I get frustrated because I have to stop moving when I'm about to orgasm. He said that he didn't used to be so sensitive with past partners, and he has talked to his doctor about it a few times. I used to have the same problem. I just have to make sure to masturbate earlier in the day to take the edge of for later in the evening. For a while, even then I was still getting there too quick, so I had to try to move the solo session later in the day. And if we had sex first thing in the morning, well . . . we were both out of luck, so we'd just do something other than regular sex in the morning.
So, I would just suggest he simply do a solo quickie earlier in the day so he won't orgasm so soon. That's part of what masturbation is for, I think. Try changing positions. I noticed that when my girlfriend and I change positions it allows me more time to keep going. For instance instead of doing missionary, have him go in from the side laying down or something.
