It does have to do with height because think about it don't taller people usually tend to have longer arms and longer legs and so wouldn't u assume that you would have longer dick. Genetics also has a big part in it. But usually taller people will have a longer penis. Now that's not to say a shorter guy will have a smaller penis than a big guy.
