How do you circumsize yourself?!

Question: How do you circumsize yourself.?
I read that uncircumsized guys are way more likely to contract an STD. Since my parents are christian scientists (they don't believe in modern medicine) I have been unable to get circumsized. I am 25.

My only option is do perform it myself. How do I do it.? What kind of tools do I need.? HELP!.?Health Question & Answer

Hi

I think you need to re-think about this as i cant really help you on this question however i dont think it is appropriate or either a good thing to do to circumsize yourself

This reallyneeds to be taken to your GP as he/she can recommend or reffer you onto the best person to help you and also reviewing your question you say that you read uncircumsized men are more likely to contract an "STD" i personally donot see this as true but if you are worried please have a chat with your doctor this can be the next step.

I hope this helpsxHealth Question & Answer

1) Why are you worried about contracting STD's.? Are you having unprotected sex with every other girl you go out with.? They make these things called condoms now, you should really invest in them.

2) You are not more likely to contract STD's from being uncircumcised, that's stupid! Its just a myth with no basis in fact. Most guys in the world are uncircumcised (it's natural). It's only done for cultural or religious reasons (Americans, Jews & Muslims). Anywhere else in the world guys would be left intact and they don't seem to have mass STD infections the way the USA does.

3) If you really want to get circumcised (for whatever reason) then go to a urologist and make an appointment. That's the only safe way to get any kind of operation or surgery done. If it's against your religion, then it's likely that circumcision is against your religion as well (not to mention premarital sex). So why done one thing against your religion while ignoring the other. Leave your ding-dong alone, find some nice Christian girl, marry her and you won't have to worry about all this nonsense.Health Question & Answer

stay as you are and don't worry there are 24.000 nerves in your penis and you will loose 20.000 of them also remember 80% of men in the world are uncircumcised and i am one and we are very happy with our foreskins. as for the std thing the surveys you no doubt have seen are biased toward circumcision but the fact is circumcised men get stds too and whats more the heavily circumcised u.s. has the worst figures for hiv and std's in the western world , the other counties in the west are mostly uncircumcised and have less sufferers so this proves with out doubt that your worries are unfounded so you can feel happy with yourself in your natural state. also note that all reports recommending circumcision state at the end " of course to obtain full protection from contracting any sexual disease a condom should always be worn " so this indicates circumcision provides no real protection at all from std's
so pop on a condom and be healthy and skip the surgery same as i do.hope this helps and thanks for readingHealth Question & Answer

well first off the thing about uncircumcised guys are way more likely to contract an std is not true what so ever, no you cant give yourself a circumcision, i mean you could but the circumcision process involves cutting skin off the penis and it would be dumb and dangerous to do that, just be happy with it, its not a problem to have a uncircumcised penis.....and your are 25 you are old enough to make your own decisions about your lifeHealth Question & Answer

It's a lie about unmutilated guys getting STDs more easily.

It's a fact that circumcised men have a slightly higher rate of STDs and a much, much higher rate of HIV than men who have a whole penis with a foreskin.

The circumcision rate in the US was very high until a few years ago, and the US had the highest rate of HIV transmission of any industrialized country--- much higher than in Europe, Scandinavia, South America and Asia, where men are rarely mutilated by circumcision.

Circumcision is male genital mutilation, which always damages the penis, sexual sensitivity and sexual ability.

If you want more information about the adverse effects and complications resulting from this mutilation, simply type in CIRCUMSTITIONS on your browser, to get information that the doctors won't disclose and in fact suppress about circumcision.

There are no advantages to circumcision, only damage resulting from it.

Circumcision is the worst hoax ever perpetrated on the male sex.

A foreskin is not a birth defect; it is a birthright.

First, from this and other answers of yours, you are apparently what is known as a troll. Which means nothing you say is true.

Second, what difference would it make what your parents' beliefs are.? You're allegedly an adult and can do what you want.

Third, all surgery is dangerous and painful and prone to fatal infections. Adult circumcision is only simple if a professional surgeon does it. Forget it.Health Question & Answer

Don't!!!... find a family doctor and allow a medical professional to do the work. You are 25 and your medical health is none of your parents business. You are lucky to have a choice. I never had a choice... my foreskin was cut off at birth. I would give anything to have it back. Be proud of your uncut penis....as far as STD's go I have never heard it was any higher risk to be uncircumcised; good personal hygiene is the ticket and safe sex helps tooHealth Question & Answer

DO NOT do it yourself unless you are a doctor, or kno the full presedure. If i was a man, i wouldnt be taking risks and cutting my todger without being under anesthetcs or without a sound knowledge on just how to do it. In fact this question is jsut plain stupid, why would you WANT to do it yourself.?!.?

just ask your doctor - that its your only option, not doing it yourself.Health Question & Answer

First, there's no way u can do it by urself. Second, why do u need to do it.?.?.? U don't have any medical condition or anything like that, just leave it like it is! STDs "don't care" whether u r circumcised or not, if u should get it, u will anyway... Use condoms to lower the chances of getting them. U'll b fine!Health Question & Answer

I don't know where you read that, its not true. Anyone who has unprotected sex is likely to get an STD. The way to avoid them is the much more affordable option called a condom.
