I've been eating healthy for the longest time and my metabolism still slowed down, what's wrong?!
Question: I've been eating healthy for the longest time and my metabolism still slowed down, what's wrong.?
I work out all the time, drink water, and eat healthy(Fruits and Veggies and 2 slices of bread a day, no meat(sometimes whey protein mix shake for more daily protein.) I have weighed the same for the past 2 months. 5'9 219 pounds. I am like 31% muscle and 37% fat with a 32.2 body mass index (according to my bodyfat scale at home). I can not understand why I don't hardly get hungry anymore. My resting metabolism was at 2,008. Whatever that part of the scale means. I hardly get hungry and I know that in order to lose weight your metabolism has to be hungry all the time. I don't feel tired all the time but I'm not hungry much either. What's wrong with my body.?Health Question & Answer
