WERE EVER I SHAVE THERE IS LITTLE TINY BLACK SPOTS AROUND MY CHIN AND ON TOP OF MY LIPS. I STARTED TO SHAVE WHEN I WAS 14 YEARS OLD ABOUT 1 TIME A WEEK BUT KNOW I SHAVE ABOUT 2 TIMES A WEEK. COULD ANYBODY HELP ON HOW I COULD GET RID OF THESE BLACK SMUDGES FORM MY FACE FOR GOOD. I SHAVE WITH A CLEAN BLADE AND I PUT SOME WATER ON MY FACE AND THEN JUST SHAVE.Health Question & Answer

i think those are ingrown hairs or as someone else said, stubble. try putting shaving cream or lathering up w/ soap and hot water first before shaving. also make sure you have a nice sharp razor for a clean, close shave.Health Question & Answer
you need to use shaving cream to get a close shave, I am not sure from your description if the spots are from not getting a close shave or what, but I always use a razor 2 times then dispose of it because they get dull and don't do a good job and always use shaving cream. if this is not the problem go see a dermatologist.Health Question & Answer
If your beard hair is black, then what you are seeing is probably the roots of the hair contrasting with the color of your skin.
