Tiny white lumps on penis?!

Question: Tiny white lumps on penis.?
i have these small white bumps at the bottem of my penis they have always been there and i have no idea what the hell they are.. is this normal or is it some kind of disease.? also, are they permanent.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
They could just be hair follicles, or Fordyce spots.. Pearly penile papules are little white spots that appear on the rim.. If you look up pics of Fordyce spots and the others you can compare to see if that's what you've got.. If you're concerned see a doctor..
