Looking for a good workout routine?!
Question: Looking for a good workout routine.?
I've been working out for nearly 2 years and i went from about 100 pounds to about 150 with a gain of about 5 inches in height.. My benching max went from 75 to 160, but it just doesn't feel like i'm getting big.. I workout every day.. Day 1 - Biceps/Triceps Day 2- Chest Day 3- rest Day 4- Shoulders Day 5-Lats/Traps Day 6-Rest (Strictly an upper body workout.. I used to have veins but they went away as I gained weight, I just started this new routine but I can't really tell if it's working.. Should I stick to it or try something new.?Health Question & Answer
