is it like a scar.? if so then most girls shouldnt care.. if the girl truly loves you (which she should if she sleeps with you) then she most likely wont care.. you just have to accept it and if a girl cares that much then shes stupid.. and im a 17 year old girl so i know..

That would totally depend on what kind of mark you are speaking of.. A scar, an ingrown hair............no.. If its from something serious like from a scar from an STD, like herpes or HPV............Absolutely..
Try those scar removal creams if thats all it is.. It will help to fade it and make it even less noticeable but wont remove it completely..
