At 13 or 14 you will not have finished puberty , even although you may have started early .. Your penis will grow in length up to around aged 18
The average length for an adult guy erect is around 6..2 inches and you have already exceeded that so you are very big for your age

This is actually abnormal for your age which is a good thing.. You have not completly finished puberty, for you're still in the beginning stages of it.. The average male adult penis is about 5-6 inches in length, though I'm not sure about girth.. You've got years to grow, and you're above average now..
