When I was about 7-8 years old I got Testicular Torsion.. For the people who don't know what it is.. Its when the spermatic cord that provides the blood supply to a testicle is twisted, cutting off the blood supply.. Sometimes you might lose your testicle.. We caught it soon enough so I didn't lose it..
Now I am 17 and I have been dating this girl for some time now.. We are planing to have sex for the first time as a couple (but we both are not virgins).. I have 2 scars that are noticeable on my bladder area.. Ive never told a girl that this has happen to me.. So i was wondering how can i tell her.?

Presumably if you can talk about having sex, you should be able to tell her about these scars.. Just tell her you want to talk her about an operation that you had which left a few scars.. You can say you wanted to tell her about them before the naked part in order not startle her.. Who knows - she might want to investigate the scars for herself (girls like scars)!

As you're experienced you've seemingly already told at least one person..
I'd keep it simple and matter of fact,when it looks like things are starting just say something like"I have a couple of scars you may see"
and explain..
Don't wait untill things are at full pace,but don't mention it over the desert if you know what I mean..
If you're honest it's no biggie she may have scars herself..

Assuming she notices, tell her exactly the way you told us here in Y!A.. She may feel a little embarrassed by you mentioning your testicles, but then again, you have been together for awhile..
Torsions are not uncommon, and nothing to be particularly shy about mentioning if you can communicate well with each other..

I have always accepted men as they are, ever since I was a teen.. She probably won't even notice, but if she does, just explain what happened to you.. You know what.? You don't have to tell her...... ! But if you really want to explain what happen, just say hey...... when i was about 7-8 I had Testicular Torsion and had surgery but everything is fine now! You can tell her before or after sex, doesn't really matter...... but I would NOT tell her when you are in the heat of the moment and your clothes are off...... lol thats sillY! Don't be ashamed of things like that, girls will not think anything of it, we like it when ya'll are honest with us, and kind of vulnerable =)
