Just offer to launder the blankets.. Don't make a big deal about it.. I don't think you need to go into any more detail than that since offering clean, fresh linens to a guest is really just a matter of common courtesy.. No one need know you have ulterior motives.. It could be just a nice, thoughtful gesture on your part.. If anyone questions you, just say, "Well, I used them before her......shouldn't she (the guest) really have fresh linens.?
