you'll want to reduce your fat intake, and increase you protein intake. protein shakes and that sort of stuff are good. Get to a gym and use weight machines. Bench press will work best for pecks. Self exercising can only do so much in a short amount of time. also, change your diet to eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 larger meals.
