there isnt one... getting a woman pregnant has nothing to do with position, but your sperm count and how much you excrete. vaginal fluids provide the road if you will, to the cervix, make sure that youre excreting enough semen and that she is wet enough.prop her up on a pillow, and have her lay for awhile. that will ensure that the fuids are moving in the right direstion.Health Question & Answer
i totally agree with amber. if i had gotten here first, i would have told you the exact same thing. there are different reasons why you couldn't succeed. but the biggest thing is to be patient, elevate her pelvis for at least 20 mins. on pillows. the only thing i would add is to wait 3-4 days between times to help get your sperm count to it's fullest.
