Not really, for even males that are able to ejaculate have dry orgasms at times. This just means that you're able to identify when your body orgasms/climaxes. As your body continues to grow and mature, you'll be able to ejaculate. First it'll be clear and maybe runny, then as you still grow, it'll be white and thicker.
