I have a Prince Albert, and don't let anyone tell you it doesn't hurt to get it. It feels exactly like you would expect it too. But once it's done, it's done. You bleed for about 3 days and it stops. The first day or two you will have to wear a pad to absorb the blood. But once it stops, it stops. I never bled again. Urinating is good for it as your urine is sterile to you, so it keeps it cleaned out. It takes some getting used to peeing with the jewelry in so you don't spray everything.
