Question: Snoring question...how to stop it.?
ive tried the nose strips...pills...and i think i might end up not alive one morning if it gets worse...haha. last night i think my wife pushed me about 10 times to roll my loud butt over. any suggestions.?Health Question & Answer

i don't know about your build in anyway but i do know that snoring and sleep apnea go hand in hand with being over weight. so maybe you should think of that first if you loose a few pounds and it doesn't help go see a dr sleep apnea is really not anything to mess around with, does you wife say things like "you stopped breathing" and your tired all the time and can fall asleep easily.?
if you said yes then go to your dr if no think about a diet!

have you been checked for sleep apnea.? if your joking about breathing i assume your ok there...
i snore a little so i'm told, but i don't think it's that bad :-p
my dad snores loudly and my mom wears earplugs... she has been for many years now ;-)
make it your wifes problem and to stop waking you up.

I agree...it might be sleep apnea and you may need CPAP to help with your breathing
