What is the latest age ever recorded for a male to start producing spermmm??:)?!

Where on earth are people getting information from.? Or are you all guessing based on your own experience.?

Several percent of males begin producing sperm as late as 17 -- but most produce much earlier - as early as 9 or 10 with an AVERAGE of 12-14.
