Go see a doctor as soon as possible. Like tomorrow.
I discovered a lump many years ago, went to the doctor, and had exploratory surgery within a week. It turned out to be harmless scar tissue.
But the doctor was very insistent that I have it diagnosed quickly.

You should go to your GP.. a lump on your testicle isn't something to joke about and the sooner to get a definite answer on what this is, the better.. So - GO GET IT CHECKED!Health Question & Answer
