Hey everyone, just got on a workout schedule.. last night I did triceps, biceps, and shoulders (about 6pm last night).. and tonight Im gonna do chest, now will that affect my rest period for my arms, since doing chest exercises requires working your arm muscles.? Or is 24 hours enough rest.?

I prefer to do a complete weight workout every other day, rather than splitting up weights between days. This allows a complete rest from weights. Many weight routines emphasize certain muscle groups, but still impact other muscle groups.
