That's a normal size for a largish adult male. 90% of all adult males have penises that, when erect are between 4.5 and 7 inches. So at 6.5 -- yours is big -- and you are 14, it will keep growing for 3 or 4 more years, more slowly, but it will grow. Congratulations, you have a big one.
