Best way is shave in the shower with a new and fresh razor bic or such. Let your skin get soft then put a little shaving cream on it and shave against the grain. Pull the skin tight to get a closer shave. Once you are done in the shower put a little baby oil on it all to help from getting razor burn. Health Question & Answer
