Maybe it indicates that some of American society is growing up. Asking about the size of your penis, or about sex is not adult, unless of course you are a Victorian. Thankfully, most people are not.

Maybe because most are asked by boys who question their size. What I mean is, they are not yet adults. Girls too ask questions regarding breast size and whether or not they should "shave". I don't see these questions as having "adult content".Health Question & Answer
