Well you first insert your penis into an "O" ring, kind of like a donut that is sometimes called a "cock ring". This ring also has a groove that is for the actual pump. So you fit the pump snugly so that as much of the penis as possible is inside the pump then you either activate a mechanical device or you use a hand held pump to generate a vacuum. well there is more than one kind. an inplantable penis pump works by the surgeon inserting something kind of like a balloon into the penis and then attaching the pump that he places in the scrotum. all you have to do is squeeze the pump through the skin in the scrotum and the penis will "blow up", then there is the external pump. that works by putting it over the penis from the outside, you squeeze a lever to make the pump work. it works by drawing blood to the penis and engorging it, you will see it get bigger fairly quick, but in order to keep it a ring is placed at the base of the penis to prevent the blood from flowing out, of course, when you're done with the stiff penis, you have to take the ring off or proper circulation can't resume. the results are pretty immediate however not long term. about 15-20 minutes. but they are very dangerous. never go over 15 psi. that can damage the vessels almost instantly and the erections might never be firm again. just be very careful and use it in moderation because it can damage the penis making it almost impossible to have erections without one. personally i think the negatives outweigh the benefits. if a chick is that loose that you need a pump for either of you to feel it, you probably shouldn't be sleeping with her anyways. unless of course you're older (40+).Health Question & Answer
