Question: I want to get some more muscles, what excercises can i do at home.?
Well i want to get some muscle and i want to know what can i do at home just to get abit stronger.

All i have is a one hand dumbell (just 1 though). also theres a mini boxing bag outside. also how many things should i do (reps) and how often. I am 17 and i have been using the one hand dumbells for a while now and i can lift up to 10kg.

I just joined a gym about 3 months ago and after a while, i realized that i can do a lot of the stuff that i do at the gym...at home! Here's what I suggest. First off, you have to be aware of exactly what you want. Do you want an athletic build or a bulky build.? Think in terms of specific goals. Once you hammer that out, you can start training to get there. Usually, just lifting your own body weight will suffice. I recommend doing 200 push-ups every other day. Practice this by doing them in sets of 20 throughout the entire day. Don't feel like you have to do them all at once. On the days that you aren't doing push ups, do sit ups and dips (same amount as push-ups). To do your dips, sit on the floor with your back facing the seat of a chair. Grip the sides of the seat of the chair and push yourself off of the floor. Doing lunges works well without weights, you just have to do a lot of them in order to feel the burn.
