I want to get some muscles what excercises can i do at home?!


Question: I want to get some muscles what excercises can i do at home.?
Well i want to get some muscle and i want to know what can i do at home just to get abit stronger.

All i have is a one hand dumbell (just 1 though). also theres a mini boxing bag outside. also how many things should i do (reps) and how often. I am 17 and i have been using the one hand dumbells for a while now and i can lift up to 10kg.

LOL jokes i do the same thing and im 17. anyways what i do it to work out my chest i lie on my back on the floor and keep the dumbell right above me then i lower my arms outwards like im gonna bear hug someone, so that they are just about the ground (make sure their not touching the ground or else nothing is getting pumped) keep them there for a couple of seconds then lift them up again, and i dont really have any reps i just do them till my chest start to burn a bit. (btw dont get pissed if you can do this at first cause this is really hard to do on the first go).

for arms i just do the classic curl where you keep you back straight and lift the dumbell up to shoulder height and put it down again. and to make this exercise more thorough i do it very slowly and when putting the dumbell down dont drop it slowly move down untill its at your waist.
