No unless your muscular, you should weigh around 180 pounds, but 185 would probably be ok, you also need to account for your bone structure. I am about 6'4 215, which is overweight, but I' am very muscular so I'm actually in great shape, I suggest you start playing basketball your tall enough, or get a job at UPS, which is where I work. While allot of people will reference the B.M.I it is essentially useless because according to my B.M.I i am severely anorexic...even though im just tall and doctors say im healthy, the B.M.I. is not very useful because it doesn't take into account whether its muscle of fat either, so a very muscular short person can be obese according to it, they're are body fat calculators available online for free where you feed in some measurements and it tells u your body fat. And a B.MI of 25 is not necessarily healthy..

also you should look about a BMI (body mass index) calculator online... they are free and will tell you if your weight is healthy in relation to your height....
