I've had similar experiences and all of them were related with me not drinking enough water. I've mentioned this in another question as well. Water is one of the important things for the body. When the body lacks it, it usually responds where the genitals are since thats where most of the body fluids are released.
Just make sure you aren't behind in your water intake and if you are a person that drinks a fair amount of water and this still happens. Then I'd consult a doctor. But like I mentioned in most cases it's always the body responding due to the lack of water.Health Question & Answer

you could have what they call genital herpes. It can cause a itching, stinging, and even burning sensation especially when urinating. Sometimes some people don't get sores, and some get the obvious ones on their genitals. 1 in every 4 women have genital herpes and in 1 in every 8 men have it. It is a very common STD and yes it is mainly passed thru unprotected ORAL SEX and even unprotected/protected sex.
Seek a doctor and get a STD test. BTW, herpes tests aren't included in the STD testing and thus you would have to tell your doctor specifically that you want a Herpes type 1 and 2 test. Good luck`Health Question & Answer
