If you are not yet circumcised you need to let your opinion be known now. It's your body, and you should be respected as to how you you feel about it.
At the same time if your parents are doing this for religious reasons there's a good chance they will be unmoved by your feelings, but you can not be forced into a medical operation. You just refuse to do it.
Search yourself and your reasons for not having it done, make sure it's a battle worth having to you.

You mean that you are now uncircumcised and you need to remain like that while they are urging you to the opposite...correct.?
If you are big enough nobody can force you to do something you do not want, just explain your idea
Anyhow I think you should undergo the operation which they should have done to you while you are very young, for now you shall put under total anesthesia to do it.

Do you mean you want to get circumcised or you would rather be uncircumcised but were circumcised as a baby.?
Either way, the best thing to do is just tell them straight out, or write a note.
