Question: I'm scared that lifting weights will stunt my growth.?
I'm 14. I am also trying to lose weight but I just can't wait to get a flat stomach and then lift weights. So my plan is to lift weights 2-3 times a week and run 4-5 times a week on the treadmill. So like for example. Monday I will just lift weights. Tuesday I will just run. Wednesday I will do both and etc. But I'm worried that it will stunt my growth. I am a basketball player and I need to grow as much as possible. How long should I lift weights for.? 30 minutes.?Health Question & Answer

I don't do anything more than 80 pounds.
Lift weights for 4 days and give your muscles some rest.
